At Burrows Estates, there is a strong emphasis on providing the landlord with a professional, efficient and personal service supported by a wealth of expertise in the field of lettings and property management.<\/p>

Karen Burrows is my name and I have worked exclusively in the Lettings side of the property market for over 15 years thus gaining a wealth of knowledge in all areas concerning the rental sector.<\/p>


Burrows Estates Lettings and Property Management was established in Clontarf in 2007 and has expanded from a business run in a home office to one of the area\u2019s leading letting and property management agencies. In that time, I have built up a wide local knowledge of the market, and an excellent team of both staff and service contractors.<\/p>

We offer a full range of lettings and management services together with a 24 hour emergency service should the worst occur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

However we understand that while our clients engage an agent to take the hassle out of letting\/ managing their property, it is important to keep them informed of any issues that arise throughout the process together with keeping them up to date with all trends and changes in the rental market.<\/p>

It is through a personal approach that we build a strong relationship with our clients. We offer a comprehensive service for both letting and management of your property. These services are tailored to suit the landlord\u2019s specific requirements.<\/p>

Finding the correct tenant can be a time consuming and sometimes a stressful process with many aspects to consider as letting property in Ireland has become an increasingly regulated business. There are many changes to the law and the housing standards that now have to be adhered to.<\/p>

Through continuous training and education, we remain at the fore of changes as they are proposed and implemented. This enables us to provide the very best service to our clients and maintain the running of the lease on the landlord\u2019s behalf, ensuring that all regulations are complied with.
